Step 1: Create an AWS Athena Data Storage
Start by connecting AWS Athena as your data storage in OWOX Data Marts.
- Select the AWS Region where Athena runs
- Specify an S3 Output Bucket for query results
- Add AWS Access Key ID and Secret Access Key for an IAM user with Athena and S3 permissions

Step 2: Create a Google Ads Data Mart
Create a new Data Mart and choose Connector as the definition type.
- Select Google Ads as the data source
- Authorize access to your Google Ads account
- No API coding or engineering required

Step 3: Select Fields & Configure Data Import
Choose exactly which Google Ads data you want to land in AWS Athena.
- Select the required Google Ads API endpoint
- Choose fields like impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, and keyword metrics
- Define destination database and table settings, or keep defaults
